• Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): $320 for 90 mins

If I am out of your network, I can provide you with documentation to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Depending on your out-of-network benefits you can be reimbursed a percentage of the cost of sessions. 

 

Here are some useful questions to ask your insurance company:

• Does my plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health? If so, how do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?

• Is there an annual deductible for out-of-network mental health benefits? If so, how much?

• Is there a limit on the number of session my plan will cover per year? If so, how many? 

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session with an out-of-network provider
